Recently, Stage Asia Cosmetics launched a really cute and unique Korean range of skincare and hair products, Yadah. Like all things Korean, I would want to be part of the hype. I mean, in terms of technology, people are moving out from the mindset of looking at western or Japanese products and focusing on Korean, am I right? *wink*
The best part about Yadah, is the character they put in into the brand. Yadah is a well-known comic strip character in Korea and has an entire cast. But for this launch, Stage Asia brought in Yadah and her alien pet, Yom Yom to penetrate into our market and offer that unique brand proposition that may relate to a young audience.
Well... I am young at heart *eheh* and thoughts shared across the table during the initial gathering of bloggers were that almost all of us were a little apprehensive about our expectations before we accepted the invitation because we were afraid of how 'young' the products are for... and all of us googled up and read up about the products before actually being enticed to find out for ourselves what they are all about.
Frankly, I must tell you that we were all impressed with their entire range. I haven't yet used any of them but I did try them on my hands during the launch. The texture of their products are really lightweight and they all smell super nice. We were intrigued with that discovery and all of us couldn't wait to try them out.
I've been so busy this whole week and didn't get a chance to test them out yet. Of course, my main issue is that I didn't want to risk using new products a week before the Raya festival for fear that I'd get any adverse reaction to the new products with my skin being so sensitive recently. Them folks at Yadah said that they use natural ingredients for the skincare and I won't get any negative effects from using them but I still didn't want to risk it...
We were awed at the texture of the BB cream and its colour. It is available in 2 colours but both sorta blended in well with any skin tone. That is, based on what we saw when we applied them at the back of our hands (hand in photo, thanks to Plue).
The Angel BB Cream with SPF20 PA++ comes in a 50ml tube, 100% hypo-allergenic, non-greasy, non-comedogenic and suitable for all skin types. It is available in 01 Light Beige and 02 Natural Beige, smells really fresh and retails at RM49 only.
The character Yadah and her Nom Nom is adapted into all their A&P materials. You don't see product photos but a character that represents the products. She is really cute. If you google up Yadah over in youtube, you'll be able to see videos of her teaching you how to apply the products! :D
At the end of the day, we were all extremely happy to receive this pack. I am truly looking forward to trying out the Bubble Deep Cleanser which receives rave reviews from so many users, the BB Cream of course because it smells and feels so fresh on the skin, and the Hair shampoo, that smells so lovely. Best of all, I have been using the mobile chain and my pwincesh Jada loves the character so much because Yadah's name is almost similar to Jada ;D
