One of them that everyone was waiting to try out was this Photoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup that's supposed to feel light as air. It promises to give you a perfectly blended coverage so that your skin appear smooth and poreless under any type of lighting.
This is supposed to hit the market in May 2012 where there will be a special introductory price of RM59 (Normal retail price is RM69).
They've asked us to be on the lookout for these 2 star products as well. Also set to come out in May 2012, these primers are already sold out everywhere in Australia. They sound really good, don't they? Just like the Mousse Foundation, they contain photochromatic pigments that bend, reflect and diffuse light to minimise flaws in any light and are oil-free, fragrance-free, talc-free and paraben-free.
On the left is the Perfecting Primer that is supposed to smooth and soften skin so that the appearance of pores and fine lines are reduced, whilst the Color Correcting Primer on the right can be used to neutralise redness, brighten dull skin and minimise discolorations.
Once out in May 2012, it will be sold at an introductory price of RM50 (Normal retail price is RM59).
These was also unveiled, the Grow Luscious range of lash liner and mascara which will be out in April 2012. There will be 4 colours for the lash liner, retailing at RM33 - Onyx, Espresso, Graphite and Emerald.
And, apart from those above, we would also be seeing the ColorStay Creme Gel Liner that will be available in April 2012. It is said to be smudge-proof for 24 hours and a favourite amongst makeup artists backstage during Fashion Week. This will retail at RM33 and available in 2 colours - Black and Brown.
Last but not least, their ammonia-free permanent colour kit that can cover gray hair in just 5 minutes. Also will be out in April 2012 and will retail at RM19.90. There will be 6 colours in 2 categories (Natural Brown, Dark Brown, Brownish Black and Natural Black for Women; Natural Brown and Natural Black for Men).
Meanwhile, I managed to try these on my face and the closest shade to my skin is 030 Nude. I will probably only let you know of the outcome come May 2012 when they hit the shelves.
And, for your sneak peek, the foundation didn't come out whipped like the first picture on top but airy like this... for a 3-times mom, it isn't the best looking shape I'd want to see but luckily, the shade I tried on isn't that chocolate *phew!* ;P
Look out for all these in the market. Sometimes, when my items finish and I am not in any huge departmental store, I would just grab hold of drugstore items to fill that gap. Revlon is one of those brands I would consider once in awhile.
